Not having any connections in Ocean City I searched the internet looking for someone that caught my attention. After reviewing a few agents I decided to Call J.D. first. eviews were good and he seemed to have impressive listings. From my initial phone call I wanted o work with him. No matter how busy he was he made me feel like I was his only client. I was so excited when he took me on as his client. We knew what we wanted but he really made us think about many aspects of the area and properties we never considered. I Must say I have never experienced such a seamless , effortless transaction of any kind.  My husband and I have several rental properties and businesses in Baltimore so this is not our first experience with realtors . You made the entire experience of purchasing our home on Jefferson Ave. effortless. You bent over backwards for us  so much so that we are still laughing about the  fact (other then going to see the house)  that I didn’t  leave the beach until settlement day. JD is a very professional and to the point agent. My wife hounded him a lot, I thought, but he always called her back with answers to her questions. He showed us six properties and we picked the one that we bought. He scheduled a home inspection and took care of 5 weeks of rentals, which was the most important thing for me. Some repairs were made by owners and the settlement went very smoothly. We never asked a question that didn't get answered immediately. If we have friends or family who are interested in buying in Ocean City or nearby, we certainly will recommend JD Wells. Dennis W
